1. Appointment Policy
Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Please arrive 10 minutes early. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling.
2. Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be cancelled up to 12 hours before the scheduled time without charge. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3. Payment
A non-refundable registration fee of ₹500 is required at account creation. Consultation and medicine fees are as quoted by the doctor. Online payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
